Emerson: Orange Beach!!!

We just got back from vacation and it was great. Daddy had a week off school called Spring Break...sounds pretty cool to me. Mommy took a week off work too and we loaded up the car and headed to the beach. (Uncle Rick and Aunt Ashley came along too!) Our first day we drove to Birmingham and stayed with Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma Bauman. They have a really nice big house that was fun to run around and play in. We watched basketball, ate dinner (which included cake and ice cream), and I even learned how to do somersaults all by myself. We woke up the next morning and headed to Orange Beach. Our condo was great. We were on the 12th floor and had a great view. For the next week, we spent our time playing in the water and building sandcastles, shopping at the outlet malls, playing mini golf and eating yummy food. The only thing that stunk was that we had to come home. We stopped in Nashville on the way home and had dinner with Mommy's cousin Kim and her husband Eric. When we got home, we went over to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner, since we didn't even have milk in the house. While there, Mommy, Grandma and Aunt Stephanie planned our vacation for Christmas. I can't wait to go back to the beach!!!
