Well folks, I am 8 months old now. Mommy and Daddy keep saying that I am getting so big and they can't believe how fast I am growing, but if you ask me, I think I am still pretty little. I haven't gotten any teeth yet, but that's okay because I prefer to gum my food to death. I also haven't officially started to crawl yet, but I am thinking about skipping it and going straight to walking. I have gotten pretty good at getting on all fours and scooting backwards though! This weekend I pulled my self up to a standing position at Aunt Kristin's house. Apparently that was a big deal because everyone was really excited about it. I did have a little help, though, because I was sitting on the edge of an air mattress which made it easier to grab onto the couch. Other than that, not much is new. I still love all food and I am really becoming a big fan of my sippy cup. I heard Mommy tell Daddy that she may take my bottle away completely at 9 months but we will see!
